Lay high-voltage power cables (such as mains cables and UPS output cables) into trays or trunking. Data center construction requires neat arrangement and clear marking of cables for convenient later operation and maintenance.

Construction Standards:
Execution Standard: GB50462-2024 Clause 5.3
Cable laying can only be carried out after passing insulation testing
Cables shall be neatly arranged, firmly bound and clearly labeled; twisting, flattening and outer sheath damage are forbidden
Vertical laying: fixed every 1.5m; horizontal laying: fixed every 3–5m
The minimum allowable bending radius of cables at bends shall meet specification requirements (e.g. ≥12 times the outer diameter for multi-core power cables)

Mineral insulated cables shall be laid with S-shaped or Ω-shaped bends at positions with large temperature difference, vibration sources or settlement joints
