Pipeline rust removal and painting, pipeline support fabrication and installation, pipeline prefabrication, pipeline assembly and valve installation, pipeline pressure test, physical flushing of pipelines, chemical cleaning of pipelines, pipeline pre-filming. Construction Standards:：

Liquid cooling data centers adopt two mainstream technical systems: immersion cooling and cold plate cooling, complying with current dedicated standards for computer room construction and heat dissipation. Insulated cooling liquid is used as the core heat exchange medium to replace traditional air cooling architecture. The core technical standards cover three categories: coolant standards, construction standards and operation & maintenance standards.

The cooling liquid shall meet technical requirements of high insulation, low volatility, corrosion resistance, environmental friendliness and flame retardancy, eliminating risks of equipment short circuit and corrosion.

During computer room construction, strict control is implemented on sealing and anti-leakage, pipeline layout, load-bearing capacity of supports and fluid flow direction. Unified specifications are applied to pipeline gradient, joint sealing and installation tolerance of equipment.

‌‌Meanwhile, operational parameters including temperature control threshold, fluid flow velocity and heat exchange pressure difference are standardized; unified construction specifications are defined for cabinet layout, liquid level height and heat dissipation module installation.

Compared with traditional air cooling, liquid cooling standards can drastically cut air conditioning energy consumption and support high-power computing racks, with PUE stably controlled below 1.1.
