Valve‑Regulated Lead‑Acid Battery

Valve‑Regulated Lead‑Acid Battery (abbreviated as VRLA battery). Its fundamental feature is maintenance‑free operation without acid or water topping‑up during service life. Featuring sealed construction, the battery avoids acid leakage and acid mist emission. A one‑way pressure‑relief valve is fitted on the battery cover. When internal gas pressure exceeds a preset threshold, the valve opens automatically to discharge gas and then closes to prevent ambient air from entering the battery interior.

2 V models are available with capacity up to 3000 Ah; 12 V models reach up to 250 Ah.

Gel Battery

Gel lead‑acid battery is an improvement over conventional liquid lead‑acid batteries. It adopts gel electrolyte to replace liquid sulfuric‑acid electrolyte, delivering enhanced performance in safety, stored energy capacity, discharge characteristics and service life.

The gel lead‑acid battery uses gel‑form electrolyte with no free liquid inside. It provides larger electrolyte volume, higher heat capacity and superior heat dissipation within the same footprint, effectively avoiding thermal runaway risks common to ordinary lead‑acid batteries. Lower electrolyte concentration reduces corrosion on plates, and uniform concentration eliminates electrolyte stratification.

Lithium Battery

A lithium battery refers to an electrochemical cell system containing lithium (including metallic lithium, lithium alloy, lithium‑ion and lithium‑polymer). Lithium batteries fall mainly into two categories: lithium‑metal batteries and lithium‑ion batteries. Lithium‑metal batteries are generally non‑rechargeable and contain metallic‑state lithium.
