Execution Standard: GB50462-2024 Clause 7.3, GB50243

Cleanliness requirement: The inner surface of air ducts shall be flat and smooth, and must be thoroughly cleaned before installation (free of dust and oil stains) to ensure the cleanliness of the computer room

Reinforcement requirement: Rectangular ducts without insulation with long side length over 630mm, or insulated ducts with long side length over 800mm shall be reinforced

Air tightness requirement: Air-tight and dust-free sealing gaskets shall be installed at flange joints, and the gaskets shall not be damaged during fastening

Insulation construction can only be carried out after air duct tightness inspection is qualified to prevent condensation
